Acting Like a Tree in English Class

As a 10-year-old Tree Elementary School student, my English class was never a bore. One day, our English class representative was acting up, disrupting the class and just being plain cheeky. As a result, our teacher instructed us to grab him and force him to write down what was being discussed in class through dictation.

So, with the permission of our teacher, I volunteered to hold down the English class representative while my classmates got the paper and pens ready. As soon as we were set, we all gathered around the table, held down the representative, and forced him to write down everything that was being discussed, word for word.

The Consequences of Misbehaving in Class

The English class representative had been caught out on his behaviour, and this experience taught us all a valuable lesson. Misbehaving in class may seem like a harmless activity, but it can have negative repercussions that can affect not only oneself but also others in the class.

The act of holding down the English class representative may seem harsh; however, it was necessary to keep the order in class and ensure that everyone is learning. In the end, the representative had no choice but to write what was being discussed, and the rest of us were able to continue with the lesson without any further disruptions.

Kun and the Eur?pa Cabinet

If we fast-forward to a few years later, my dad had purchased a beautiful Eur?pa cabinet. It was a prized possession, and it stood magnificently in the living room. One day, my younger brother Kun was playing in the living room, and accidentally knocked over a cup of juice all over the cabinet!

We were all panicked because we knew how much my dad valued the Eur?pa cabinet. However, Kun quickly ran to grab a towel and wiped the spill clean. Despite our fears, the cabinet had no visible damage, and we were relieved that everything was back to how it was before the accident.

The Age Difference Between My Dad and Husband

As an adult, I've come to realize that my dad is older than most dads my age. In fact, he is twice the age of my husband! When people find out about the age difference between my dad and husband, they always ask me what my husband calls my dad.

Well, my husband doesn't call my dad by any special name. He just calls him by his name, and my dad is perfectly fine with that. Age is just a number, and their relationship is based on mutual respect and love.

Conclusion

Every experience in life teaches us something valuable, whether it's holding down a classmate to ensure everyone learns or handling a mishap with a prized possession. And at the end of the day, age is just a number, and relationships are based on mutual respect and love.

So be sure to learn from your experiences, treat others with respect, and always strive to be a tree that stands tall in the face of any challenges that come your way.
